Users retain ownership of content uploaded to TourPunch. Users grant TourPunch a limited license to process and display content solely for platform functionality.

TourPunch branding, software, platform design, and proprietary functionality remain the property of TourPunch.

TourPunch is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TourPunch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business damages arising from use of the platform.

TourPunch may modify features, functionality, or services at any time.

Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated.
